General Manufacturing: PCP for Manufacturing Professional
Reskill your competencies to take on new jobs
What is it?

The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Manufacturing Professional is a career conversion programme targeted at Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs), including mid-career switchers, to undergo skills conversion and move into new manufacturing and technical-related job roles within the manufacturing sector.

Administered by the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), the PCP operates under the Place-and-Train mode in which the participating companies will employ the trainees before commencing the PCP. The three-month PCP includes facilitated classroom training by SMF-Centre for Corporate Learning (SMF-CCL), and structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) by the employers.
