The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Aerospace Officer and Executive aims to lower the barrier to entry for mid-career individuals as well as existing employees to move into new or enhanced roles in the Aerospace sector. The programme provides employers with funding to reskill these individuals, equipping them with skills, knowledge and competencies required for their new or expanded roles.
Managed by the Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) (AAIS), the programme seeks to encourage and enable employers to optimise existing jobs and create higher value roles to attract and retain local talent in the sector.
