The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Consultants – PwC is a programme supported by WSG for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Singapore Pte Ltd (“PwC”) to hire and train new employees without consulting experience to work as consultants in the company.

The programme construct comprises 6-month on-the-job training and a minimum 70 hours of facilitated trainings (in-house and external training).

This programme is suitable for mid-career individuals with industry experience who would like to switch careers to be consultants and work in PwC.

Individuals

The Programme is open to all company-sponsored applicants who meet the following General Eligibility Criteria:

• Be a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR) aged 21 years and above;
• New hires must have graduated or completed NS, whichever is later, at least two years prior at the point of application;
• Must be a newly hired PMET (i.e. not more than three (3) months from date of employment), and nominated by PwC for the CCP;
• Must not be in a similar job role prior to joining the CCP;
• Must not be a shareholder of PwC or its related companies;
• Must not be related to the owner(s) of PwC; and
• Must not be immediate ex-staff of PwC or its related companies.

PwC’s criteria

• Applicants should have good experience in an industry sector, or possess deep expertise in emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, data analytics, cloud or cybersecurity.

All applicants for the CCP are subjected to PwC’s job requirements and selection process.

PwC will receive funding support from Workforce Singapore (WSG) for eligible new hires during the period of the CCP.
