Reskill your competencies to take on new jobs
What is it?

The new Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for New Media Professional (NMP), jointly offered by Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS) and Singapore Media Academy, aims to build a pool of new media professionals with the essential skills to support companies in enhancing their media communication for digital commerce.

Retail-tertainment is on the rise and changing the way retailers market their products and engage their customers. Live streaming platforms are integrated with ecommerce to bring products to life and enhance the shopping experience for their customers.

To support this development in the digital space, the PCP for NMP will enable  local companies to elevate their brand through interaction (i.e live broadcasting) and manage fan communities to bridge the business.

Candidates will have the opportunity to produce video to build, engage and manage fan communities to bridge the business, in promoting products and creating sales and marketing campaigns.
