CCPs are career conversion programmes targeted at Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs), including mid-career switchers, to undergo skills conversion and move into new occupations or sectors that have good prospects.

Under the CCP for e-Commerce Supply Chain Professionals, you will undergo a structured training programme by Supply Chain and Logistics Academy (SCALA) to take on your new job role. The training which comprises of classroom training, coaching/mentorship sessions and On-the-Job training, will be conducted over a 9-month period leading to the attainment of an Advanced Certificate in e-Commerce Operations Management issued by SCALA and WSQ Statements of Attainment (SOAs).

Upon successful completion of the CCP, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to embark on a career in the e-Commerce Supply Chain sector.

Interested PMETs and Companies will need to meet the following criteria:

PMETs

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum 21 years old
• Graduated or completed National Service, at least 2 years* prior at the date of application.
• New job role trained for under the CCP should be substantially different from previous job role(s), hence requiring reskilling for career conversion#

*This will be counted from the date of graduation from latest qualification, or date of completion of national service, whichever is later

#CCPs are geared towards helping PMETs acquire skills to change careers. Hence, there is a requirement for career conversion when PMETs undergo a CCP.

In general, individuals applying for CCPs should also not be shareholders, immediate ex-employees of company or related entities, or be related to shareholders of the hiring company.

Company

• Registered or incorporated in Singapore
• Must be able to offer employment directly related to the job which the CCP is for, with remuneration that commensurate with the market rate
  • e-Commerce Supply Chain Professionals: $2,500 - $6,000
• Commit to the CCP training arrangements for the PMETs that they have selected
• Be committed to work with WSG or its appointed partner on the necessary administrative matters related to the programme

Meeting the above requirements does not guarantee enrolment onto the CCP, this shall be at the discretion of Supply Chain and Logistics Academy (SCALA) and WSG.

Selected candidates will undergo 9 months of CCP which comprises classroom training, coaching/mentorship sessions and On-the-Job training.
